Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase simply return the item for a full refund. We must receive the item within 14 days from the date you received it. Item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and have all the tags attached. If you received the item as a gift we will issue a Store Credit. All returns require an authorization number. If you would like to do a return please send an email to Returns@BambiniKids.com requesting the return. Please note the reason for the return. BambiniKids will reply with an authorization number and instructions.

* We recommend using tracking when returning a package to us, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
All regularly priced items purchased as holiday gifts can be returned by the recipient for a store credit up to 10 days after December 25th.

Sales on all personalized items, special orders and special occasion dresses are final sale.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on pre-production merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We will then ship them as soon as they arrive. Pre-ordered items require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before the item is shipped. We will notify you via e-mail when they order arrives. Any canceled orders/items will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Occasionally Manufacturer’s do not produce certain lines due to unspecified circumstances. In this case we will give you a full refund of your deposit as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer.
